FIREARMS LICENSING REQUIREMENTS IN EUROPEAN COUNTRIES
In advance of travelling with firearms, hunters are required to check the national firearms licensing requirements of the country they are travelling to or through, and complete the necessary paperwork in line with national requirements. FACE proposes an interactive map which allows hunters to get an overview of the requirements they need to fulfil before travelling to a European country. Bear in mind that hunters in the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland can use the European Firearms Pass (EFP) when travelling with their firearms in the countries mentioned above.
