Europe’s Hunting Sector in 2025: Future expectations and industry impacts

FACE is delighted to invite industry partners, stakeholders and friends to its annual event dedicated to the private sector — for companies and the hunting industry — entitled Europe’s Hunting Sector in 2025: Future Expectations and Industry Impacts. The event will take place on 29 January 2025 at the JAGD & HUND hunting fair in Dortmund, Germany.

Date: 29 January 2025
Time: 18:00–19:00 CET
Location: KNIFE ZONE stage in Hall 5, JAGD & HUND (Rheinlanddamm 200, D-44139 Dortmund, Germany).

Participants will receive the latest information and trends on European hunting policy affecting the following areas:

  • Hunter trends
  • Firearms and ammunition
  • Big and small game trends
  • Wolves and other large carnivores
  • Animal health
  • Social acceptance of hunting
  • FACE advocacy and the Hunting Intergroup in the European Parliament

This event offers a unique opportunity to understand the major trends, threats, and opportunities for Europe’s 7 million hunters and the associated implications for the hunting sector. It will also serve as a platform to establish valuable networks and partnerships.

Through this event, we aim to showcase how EU laws are impacting hunting and conservation in Europe. Currently, 80% of the national rules affecting hunting and conservation originate from Brussels. For example, we will discuss ways to ensure access to the best knowledge and expertise, adequate resources, and sufficient political weight.

Our shared mission is to secure a strong foundation for hunting and conservation for future generations in Europe.

This event will be particularly valuable for companies, industry representatives, and exhibitors at the JAGD & HUND hunting fair who depend on a sustainable future for hunting in Europe.

We look forward to seeing you there!
